How Menu Pricing works:

  

On Site Event: 

The price per person includes menu items, chef's table, serving stations, grills, raw material and all the tools that the chef needs to perform.

The price doesn’t include Additional Services. 

The Venue needs to have an open place/backyard/deck for our Grills and Equipment.


Delivery/Drop OFF BBQ:


We will cook in our Commercial Kitchen, and we will deliver our delicious food to your doorstep.

Base BBQ (On site Event)

Includes:

Choripan” (Argentinian Sausage sandwich). Homemade Argentinian sausage made out of lean pork on soft rolls and homemade Chimichurri sauce.

Colita de Cuadril”(Beef Top Sirloin Cap). Slow grilled Grass-fed Top Sirloin Cap served medium rare or your personal choice.

Pollo a la Parrilla” (Grilled Chicken). Slow grilled Cage-free chicken thighs with black pepper and lemon seasoning

Organic Veggies grilled over charcoal (sweet potato and onions). Caramelized vegetables grilled over direct heat of wood charcoal.

One Organic Salad to choose. Salads are made with organic and local ingredients. You choose your favorite salad and we make it for you.

Homemade chimichurri sauce. Chimichurri is a green sauce used for grilled meat, originally from Argentina. It is made of finely-chopped parsley, oregano, minced garlic, vegetable oil, oregano, and red wine vinegar.

This BBQ is cook with natural mesquite charcoal.

Minimum quantity of 25 people.


Premium BBQ (On site Event)

Appetizers: Cheese platter, cured Italian salami and assorted fruit (Local, organic seasonal fruit)

Choripan (Argentinian Sausage sandwich). Homemade Argentinian sausage made out of lean pork on soft rolls and homemade Chimichurri sauce.

Colita de Cuadril (“Beef Top Sirloin Cap”). Slow grilled Grass-fed Top Sirloin cap served medium rare or your personal choice.

Pollo a la Parrilla (Grilled Chicken). Slow grilled Cage-free chicken thighs with black pepper and lemon seasoning. You can change it for pork ribs marinated in lemon sauce.

Tira de Asado (Grass fed Short Ribs).

Meat cuts: Skirt steak, Beef short ribs, Sirloin cap, Beef tenderloin,  Chicken Thighs, Lamb or Pork (you may choose four different meat cuts). Quality and tenderness are guaranteed.

Organic and local Portobello Mushrooms with homemade Chimichurri sauce.

Organic Veggies grilled over charcoal (sweet potato and onions). Caramelized vegetables grilled over direct heat of charcoal and firewood.

One cut to choose:

1) Lamb slowly roasted on the cross marinated on mint and rosemary

2) Rib cage roasted on the cross seasoned with crystal salt.

3) Lechon a la chapa: Slow grilled pig over two fires.

Cocina al Disco (out of a Plow Disc) On Site Event.

INCLUDES:

  

This is a unique ancient and traditional way of cooking. Everything we offer from this menu is refer to be a native Argentinian culinary experience. Your choice of:


Mains (choose one)

  

”Costilla de Asado”. Beef short ribs cooked on the disc with fresh organic bell peppers, onions, green onions, garlic, fresh spices and a reduction of red wine sauce.

”Mollejas al vino Blanco”. Sweetbreads cooked on a bed of organic onions and vegetables reduced in white wine and heavy whipping cream.

”Locro”: Traditional northern beef stew cooked with grass fed organic beef, yellow and white corn, onions and green onions, squash and spices.

”Pollo al disco”: Organic free range local chicken cooked with onions, bell pepper, 

white wine and cream.

· On the side: All the recipes of the plow disc are served over Criollo Rice or Rustic

 Potatoes (Papas gauchas). (you may choose one item).

·Organic Veggies grilled over woodfire (sweet potato and onions). Caramelized vegetables grilled over direct heat of wood charcoal.

Steak Melt (you choose your favorite toppings)


1) Napoletana: fresh tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese, basil and sliced tomatoes.

2) Fugazetta: Olive oil, fresh mozzarella, caramelized onions and oregano.

3) Marguerite: Fresh tomato sauce with garlic, fresh mozzarella and basil.


Two different Organic salads to choose or one salad plus potatoes (Papas Gauchas) on the plow disc.
